Homes are selling much faster than 2 weeks ago. We have seen an increase from 57% of homes sold in 30 days to now 78%.

Eagle Rock

24 sold listings in last month for 101% for list price! We have seen an increase of 5% from last month with more listings available this month. 38 properties have closed in last 30 days with the average PPSF being $461 per sqft for active listings and $550 per sqft for sold listings. The average sales price in Eagle Rock currently is $933,000.

Silverlake

Many of the newer small lot division homes are all sell at list price. We've also noticed any 1 bed/2 bed homes with outdoor space going over $1,000 per sqft!

Highland Park

The average price per sq ft in Highland Park is $523.16 for active listings and $483 for sold listings. There have been 23 properties sold in last 30 days. 85% of those sales were at 122.2% of the list price! Sellers are getting top, top dollar.
